Beta applications

We store the name, email address, device category and application message you submit, plus the date and review status. Nate uses these to review testing requests, issue invitations and contact you about beta testing. Your consent covers this purpose; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Access codes and cookies

Approved testers receive a single-use code. We store its hash, redemption status and a browser access session. An essential, HTTP-only cookie remembers access for up to 180 days. Clearing cookies may require a replacement code.

Local game saves

Your profile, company, layouts and progress are stored in IndexedDB in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers. Use Save options to export, import or reset your save. Browser data clearing or private browsing can remove it.

Hosting and security

The website and application records use Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting requests may produce technical security logs. A salted hash of the connecting IP address is used temporarily to limit application and code guessing abuse. No advertising analytics are installed.

Retention and your choices

Application and access records are retained while the staged beta is being managed. Ask Nate to correct or delete an application, withdraw consent or revoke access at any time. Delete local progress through Save options or your browser’s site-data settings.
